About Us

Our Story

Our Drive

The Association for Biblical Science & Archaeology exists to advance the study of biblical science, history, and archaeology through research, resources, and real-world exploration.

At its core, this is about engaging the evidence—where it’s found. Our work grows out of time spent in the field. Walking archaeological sites. Studying geological formations. Standing in the places where history unfolded. Through guided tours, research efforts, and ongoing collaboration with experts and organizations, we seek to connect people directly with the physical realities of the past.

We approach biblical apologetics through that lens—bringing together creation science, history, and archaeology in a way that is rooted in observation, not abstraction. The goal is not simply to present ideas, but to invite people into the process of seeing and understanding for themselves.

This is not an organization built around a single voice or platform. It is a bridge. A place where researchers, field experts, and community members come together—where those actively engaged in the work can share it, and where others can step in, ask questions, and grow in their understanding.

Through published research, shared resources, Field Conversations, and immersive experiences and tours in places around the world, we aim to make that connection tangible. These experiences are not separate from the mission—they are a central part of it. They bring the study of Scripture into the real world, where geography, archaeology, and history intersect.

We also recognize that this work is larger than any one group. That’s why collaboration is central to what we do. We work alongside other organizations, researchers, and individuals who are committed to careful study and meaningful engagement with the evidence.

The aim is simple: To create a space where the Bible can be explored alongside the physical evidence of the world—openly, thoughtfully, and in direct connection with the places and materials that shape our understanding of the past.

Not as spectators. But as participants in community.

Our Focus

Biblical Science: Investigating the Science of Creation

In our approach to biblical science, we delve into the science of creation through fields like geology, paleontology, and other natural sciences. By examining the physical world, we uncover how the natural evidence aligns with the biblical account of creation. Our goal is to offer insights that strengthen faith through scientific discovery, making the natural world a window into the wonders of biblical creation. By studying the science of creation, we seek not just to expand your knowledge but to draw you closer to the Creator Himself, fostering a deeper, more personal walk with the God who holds the universe in his hand.

Biblical History: Uncovering the Stories Behind the Scriptures

Through biblical history, we dive into the past through archaeology, textual studies, and historical geography. By examining ancient artifacts, manuscripts, and the lands of the Bible, we bring the historical context of Scripture to life. Our goal is to illuminate the events, cultures, and real-world history that form the backdrop of the biblical narrative, helping you see how history and faith intersect. In uncovering the historical tapestry of Scripture, we invite you not just to learn about the past, but to connect more deeply with the Author of history, nurturing a personal relationship with the God who weaves His story through time.

Research: Unveiling Truths Through Dedicated Study and Field Exploration

Our research is the foundation of everything we do. We dive into ancient texts, conduct modern scientific studies, and engage directly in field research. By investigating historical and scientific sites firsthand, we bridge faith and fact not just from behind a desk, but out in the real world. Through this hands-on exploration, we uncover insights that deepen our understanding of both Scripture and creation.

Resources: Sharing Insights Through Diverse Media and Cutting-Edge Technology

Our resources go beyond traditional books and print. We will work to bring our research and discoveries to life through videos, podcasts, articles, and innovative technology like mobile tools and interactive 3D models that allow you to explore science and history in immersive ways. By leveraging these modern platforms, we make biblical science and history engaging and accessible in a variety of ways.

Christian Tours: Bringing Biblical History and Science to Life on Location

Our tours are where everything comes together. ABSA’s field-based educational work connects with Global Christian Tours, a broader network created to bring biblical history, archaeology, church history, creation science, museums, and significant landscapes into meaningful Christian travel experiences. Destination programs include London Christian Tours, with its emphasis on museums, church history, and the evidence preserved in London’s collections, and Egypt Christian Tours, which explores the archaeology and biblical history of Egypt on location. Whether it’s standing at the edge of the Grand Canyon, exploring ancient archaeological sites, or visiting world-class museums, these experiences take the study of Scripture beyond pages and screens and into the places where history, evidence, and landscape meet.

Our History

The Association for Biblical Science & Archaeology began in 2009 as the Genesis Creation Science Institute, an initiative focused on advancing biblical apologetics through creation science.

From the beginning, that work was active and hands-on. Through educational courses, presentations, and in-depth studies, GCSI engaged a wide range of topics across astronomy, biology, geology, and paleontology. These efforts were paired with creation-themed trips, fieldwork, and events designed to bring participants into direct interaction with the material itself.

Among these efforts were initiatives like Genesis Camp—a creation science day camp for students—and multiple Genesis Conferences held in Southern California, both of which saw strong participation and meaningful impact. These programs reflected a consistent emphasis on making complex ideas accessible, experiential, and grounded in real-world observation.

Over time, the work expanded.

What began with a focus on creation science grew to include a broader engagement with history and archaeology—shaped by continued research, field experience, and a growing community of people interested in exploring the evidence of the past. As that vision developed, it became clear that the scope of the work had outgrown its original framework.

In 2025, the organization was reestablished as the Association for Biblical Science & Archaeology, reflecting a more complete expression of its mission.

While the name has changed, the foundation remains the same—a commitment to engaging the real-world evidence that intersects with Scripture, and creating space for others to step into that work alongside us.

Our Participants

Those who join our events and tours consistently point to the same thing—it’s not just what they learned, but who they experienced it with. Time in the field and shared travel create space for real connection, thoughtful conversation, and a deeper engagement with the material. More than anything, this work is about people—bringing individuals together around shared curiosity, meaningful dialogue, and firsthand experience.

These guys really know how to plan an amazing trip! They take you to spots not many people know about, so it’s away from the crowds of other sightseers and reveal the most amazing views.
— Charlie D.

Our group had an awesome experience. We brought both non-Christians and mature Christians and they both greatly enjoyed our tour.
— Mike B.

First I want to tell you that Cary is having the best week of his life this week. He said today that he wished Genesis Camp would last for 2 years.
— Lynn F.

We had a spectacular tour led by Nate Loper. He did a terrific job of presenting the scientific evidence for a global flood and how the Grand Canyon can bring glory of Christ!
